Dear Maxi Montecinos,
Good day to you!
I hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out to our Microsoft Community Forum. We will be happy to help you.
According to your description, you want to install the Project desktop application. Please note that not all Project licenses allow installation of the Project desktop app.
If you are using Project Online Professional, Project Online Premium, Project Standard, or Project Professional (non-subscription version), you should be able to install the Project desktop application.
If you have a Project desktop license assigned, you should be able to install it. However, if your assigned license does not include the desktop version, installation will not be possible.
To verify your assigned license, please check the exact name of your Project subscription:
Meanwhile, could you please share a full screenshot of the subscription page? Here is the link for your reference: My account.
Are you using Windows or Mac operating system? So that I can provide correct direction.
I would like to acknowledge that my initial response may not resolve your current situation immediately. However, with your input and some additional specific details, we can work together to identify a clear solution for your current challenge.
I am looking forward to your response for further assistance.
Thank you for your understanding. Your cooperation and contributions are greatly appreciated.
