Cómo cancelar Visio plan dos

quisiera cancelar mi suscripción de la licencia de Visio plan, he ido ha suscripciones de mi cuenta pero no me permiten realizar la cancelación. Me gustaría que por favor la cancelaran, pues fue un error de compra. espero me brinden la pronta solución y me respondan lo mas antes posible

According to your description, to cancel your Visio Plan 2 subscription, you will need to follow these steps:

Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin centerby using your admin credentials.
Go to the Subscriptions page.
Find the subscription you want to cancel and select it.
Select Cancel Subscription.
Follow the instructions to confirm the cancellation.

If you are unable to cancel your subscription through the admin center, you can contact Microsoft Billing Support directly. They will be able to help you cancel your subscription and provide any additional information you may need.
