Uso de Outlook para Android para la administración personal del correo electrónico y el calendario
I'm sorry you're locked out. Please don't post any email addresses, passwords, codes, screenshots, or form answers here. Enter those only in Microsoft's official pages.
Step 1: Check your account in the Sign-in Helper
Before filling out the recovery form again, please check your account once here: https://aka.ms/SignInHelper
Enter your Hotmail address on that page, not here, and reply with the exact title and message it shows, without any personal details. The message tells us which recovery path fits your account, so you don't spend more attempts on a form that may not be the right one. Please run it only once, since repeated checks can trigger a temporary usage limit.
Step 2: Tell us about two-step verification
Did this account have two-step verification turned on (a code or app approval needed in addition to your password)? Please answer yes or no. If it did, and you can't use any of its verification methods, the recovery form unfortunately can't get around it, and I'd rather tell you that now than have you keep trying.
Step 3: If the recovery form is the right path
If the Sign-in Helper confirms you should use the Account Recovery Form (https://account.live.com/acsr), these tips can make a real difference:
- You don't need your old alternate email. The form only needs an inbox you can check now to send you the result. If you don't have one, create a free Outlook.com address first.
- Use a device and location you often used with this account, such as your home computer and home internet.
- Gather details privately before you start:
- any old passwords you remember, even very old ones
- email addresses of people you wrote to
- exact subject lines of recent emails you sent
- Answer as many questions as you can. Reasonable guesses are allowed, and wrong answers don't count against you.
- Don't resubmit the same answers. Only try again when you've remembered something new. You can submit up to 2 times per day.
- Check your inbox and junk/spam folder for a reply from account-security-
******@accountprotection.microsoft.com, usually within 24 hours.
Microsoft's guide to the form: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-use-the-recovery-form-to-recover-your-microsoft-account-d7d4d3bc-3ef9-4d93-9ad7-4b8cd53dcd76
If the form keeps saying it can't verify you even after a thorough attempt, community volunteers can't override that decision. In that case it may be best to save anything you can still reach, such as contacts or copies of emails others sent you, and create a new account.
Please reply with the Sign-in Helper message and your answer about two-step verification, and I'll help with the next step.
