Hello Microsoft Support Community,
I would like to request assistance regarding my original Hotmail account:
******@hotmail.com
I created this email address many years ago and voluntarily closed the account in 2004.
When I attempt to sign in or recover the account, Microsoft displays the following message:
"The Microsoft account you've entered does not exist."
However, when I try to register a new account using the exact same email address, Microsoft informs me that the username is already taken.
This particular email address has enormous sentimental value to me because it was the account I used during a very important period of my life.
I would like to know:
Is ******@hotmail.com permanently reserved because it was previously registered?
Is there any possibility of recovering or reactivating this specific email address?
Could Microsoft make an exception to allow the original owner to register this address again?
Is there an official Microsoft department or specialist who could review this situation individually?
I understand that the original emails and account data may have been permanently deleted. My main interest is recovering the original email address itself.
I would be extremely grateful for any official guidance or assistance.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
