Buenos días el pasado 25 de septiembre me hackearon la cuenta y me quitaron las cuentas asociadas al correo. Me borraron los correos antiguos y necesitaría recuperar los correos para poder acceder a ellos y recuperar las cuentas. Me podéis ayudar?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, if emails are missing from your account, the hacker may have deleted them or moved them to another folder.

If you cannot find your previous emails in any Outlook folder, including the Deleted Items folder, they may no longer be recoverable and may have been permanently deleted.

Microsoft recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication for added security. This helps protect your account because, even if someone knows your password, they will still need another form of verification, such as a security code or approval through an authenticator app.

If you have successfully recovered your Microsoft account after it was hacked, here are the following things you have to check.

    1. Check the email forwarding rules: Go to https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/ and sign in with your Microsoft account. Then, navigate to Settings > mail > Forwarding & IMAP. If your emails are being forwarded to another address, click 'Do not forward'.
    2. Check the Blocked Senders list: Go to Outlook email settings > Mail > Junk email > Block Senders and domains. If you see the email address you wanted to receive emails from, delete the sender address there.
    3. Check your email rules: Go to Outlook email settings > Mail> Rules. If the hackers have added any rule, delete all of them from your Outlook account.
    4. Check if you hav enough storage space to send or receive emails online.

In addition to these checks, sign in with your Microsoft account on the security settings page to secure your account:

    • Go to https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage
    • Sign in with your Microsoft Account.
    • Enable Two-factor authentication and change your password.
    • You can also remove the hacker's email address if it is listed there and add another verification email address to verify your identity.

Let me know if you still need more help.
