Tablet to manage boardroom reservations.

We have 5 meeting rooms in the office and we have created an email account (Teams) for each of them to manage the reservation of the room. If someone wants to reserve their room they just have to invite to the meeting to the email assigned to the boardroom. If it is already booked, the meeting is not confirmed.

Unfortunately, in the room there is no way to check the availability and reservation of the room physically on the site and therefore the reservations are not respected.

To solve this we are thinking of installing a samsung tablet to manage the reservations of the meeting room. And every hour it will show in whose name the reservation is made.

Can you help me to do this? I would not know how to configure the tablet to always display this information and can report the availability of the room.
