    Good day.

After thorough research and consulting, it’s been concluded that the feature is called take quick action in teams for Mac Take quick actions in Microsoft Teams from a Mac - Microsoft Support [ede4-0101-0aa-1ff5]. Indeed in the classic teams it was feasible to disable it,  now in new teams it is not feasible.

It is control by apple now (Mac), the tool bar item can be control in control Centre in Mac setting, so you can disable any item that show in tool bar from there. After some test i couldn't find new teams in control centre to disable it. You can check from your side as well since i don't know the version you are using by going setting < control centre < and look for New teams if you can't find it , it is mean it is not feasible as well for Mac or double check with Mac support.

However it is not currently feasible to disable take quick action in teams for Mac currently .
