Icons in Win 11 toolbar

I have reinstalled new outlook and found that it puts a 2nd icon on my toolbars when I open it. Note that the original icon stays where I put it and the extraneous one is to the right of normal toolbar icons - the toolbar that normally only has things like the internet, sound, battery status, etc. If I close it, the entire program closes and it disappears.

Right clicking the 2nd icon gives a list of things which mostly have something to do with "trace". whatever that is. Nothing on the list is relevant to using outlook, as near as I can tell.

Question: Where did this icon come from and how do I get rid of it?

Windows for home | Windows 11 | Desktop, Start, and personalization | Task Bar
