IAM TRYING TO add the new payment but it is not working in firerfox it will notlet me reove or add the new paymetn debit card

    Hello Mary, An expired card cannot be deleted if it is connected to an active Microsoft subscription or is used as the default method of payment. Firefox browser may have errors when filling the billing information. Please use Edge or Chrome browsers to add your new card first. After adding it, please make it your default card and then delete the old one. If this helps please accept this answer.
