Yesterday I engaged with an agent identifying as Maurya R.. on chat. After approsimately 1 hour of back and forth the agent proposed a remote session to solve the problem. (the chat was fraught with stress and tension because the agent's entries were very difficult for me to read because of my visual imipairment. They were in a small white font on a grey background. The agent claimed he/she did not have the ability to change or reverse the format of his/her responses.) The agent proposed a remote sesssion as a way of resolving the issue. I complied with his/her request to launch Quick Assist and grant permission for a session. For whatever reason the session unexpectedly terminated at least two or three times and required relaunching Quick Assist, locating and re entering new code numbers, etc. After an estimated 60 to 70 minutes all connections to the agent disappeared from my monitor. I am still interested in fixing the issue with word do I can utilize my computer to do work in WORD. I have been advised by agents at Charles Schwab I cannot access my account with them until I have run or had run a series of scants by anti-virus, agent-remote, anti screen sharing because of this situation. Can you find any record of this session in your system? Can the session be restored? What further information can I supply to you to facilitate the process?
