Hello,
Welcome to the Microsoft Windows Community.
Good afternoon, @Mario Gomez . Based on your description, it seems your video drivers may have been removed or corrupted. Let’s try a basic test:
- Press the following keys simultaneously: Win + Ctrl + Shift + B
Has the display returned to normal?
- If not, right-click the Start menu icon -> Device Manager -> Display adapters -> Expand the category, select the driver, and click "Uninstall." If prompted, confirm the removal of the driver and restart your computer.
Windows should detect and reinstall the generic drivers; please check if everything is working as expected.
