Office 2024 on new laptop

I have office 2024 installed on my iMac and it was also installed on my old lap top. I have replaced my laptop and all the files have downloaded from the cloud but the office suite does not work.

    Hi Stephen,

    If you have a one-time payment version of Office 2024, not a subscription to Microsoft 365, the Office 2024 licence can only be used on one device at a time.

    What error is indicated if you install Office 2024 on the new laptop, please provide a screenshot.
