Filed to launch message with Total AV already installed on new hard disk

My windows 10 computer hard drive crashed and has been replaced with a new HD. I have installed Total AV but for some reason it has failed to launch. Any Thoughts? DD

    Hi David,

    Please see if uninstalling and reinstalling TotalAV helps. See How to Uninstall TotalAV

    If that doesn't help, contact TotalAV support. It's possible (but I'm not sure) that the app relies on hardware ID (e.g., hard disk serial number and motherboard ID) to track active licenses.
