Artifact Signing Identity Validation stuck "In Progress" for 3 weeks after ID upload

My Public Identity Validation request for our organization Artifact Signing has been stuck "In Progress" for over 3 weeks. Note that there is nothing pending on our side and the photo ID / Verified ID step was completed on the same day it was submitted. I created a new request about a week ago and now they are both displaying as "In Progress". Could a moderator please have the backend vetting team check on this?
