That address is not a scam in itself. d.docs.live.net is a Microsoft domain used for documents stored in OneDrive and for Office online services, so PowerPoint can ask you to sign in to it when it needs to reach a file stored online.
Use the same Microsoft account that owns the presentation in OneDrive and that is signed in to PowerPoint. To check it, open PowerPoint, go to File, then Account, and look at the account shown under User Information. If a different account is shown, or if the file was shared with you, sign in with the account that has access to that file.
If the prompt keeps returning, I would close PowerPoint, sign out of that account in File, then Account, sign back in, and try the export again. If the file is stored locally, I would also try saving a copy on the PC first and exporting from that local copy, so the export does not need to reach the online file.
Do not enter your password if the prompt appears in an unexpected window or asks for details that do not match a normal Microsoft sign-in. In that case, close the prompt and open the file from OneDrive or PowerPoint instead.
