Our Artifact Signing identity validation for the organization Caspian BV (Belgium, identity type Public) has been In Progress since 2 November 2026. Microsoft requested additional documents on 2 November; we answered with a website document the same day and uploaded the terms and the domain receipt on 3 November. The validation details page shows no message and no further action. A business-critical Windows app release is blocked until the validation completes.
