I can't join new computers to the tenant. When I connect to join I get the error "Device join error: 801c000e Directory_QuotaExceeded"

This is a very small business with only 28 computers

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out with your question.

    From the screenshot you've provided, it seems that you're experiencing a bug with tenant object quota.

    You should have:

    • 50,000 objects without verified domain;
    • 300,000 objects with verified domain in tenant.

    Please contact Microsoft Support directly via Microsoft 365 Admin Center using an admin account. Then on the bottom right side of the page please select Help & support. On the Support Assistant page, type "Tenant object quota stuck at 500" and proceed with ticket creation. Make sure you've selected Microsoft Entra ID as product you're having issues with.

    Does this tenant have a verified custom domain other than onmicrosoft.com?

    Is this tenant a production environment with Microsoft 365 licenses, or is it a free/test environment?
