Hello,

Our company, MENTALIDAD INVENCIBLE, S.L. (Spain), has received an "Identity Validation Failed" status in Azure Artifact Signing.

We experienced technical errors with AU10TIX and Microsoft Authenticator during identity verification.

Our Artifact Signing account is "guinda-firma" in North Europe. We originally attempted to use West Europe, but Azure blocked resource creation in that region.

We have an active Microsoft Azure Plan subscription and want to use the Basic Artifact Signing plan.

Could a Microsoft moderator help us determine the exact reason for the validation failure and advise how to proceed?

We can provide the validation ID privately if required.

We experienced technical problems with AU10TIX and Microsoft Authenticator.

We have also tried opening an Azure support ticket, but the portal does not allow us to complete the request.

Could you please escalate this case to the Artifact Signing identity validation team and arrange a private channel to share our validation ID and account details?

We need to know the exact reason for the failure and whether the validation can be reviewed or must be restarted.
