If you search for Word, or Excel, for example, in the search on the taskbar, do you see the app you can launch?

If so, once launched, make sure you sign into the same account you used for the purchase. The user icon on the upper right cna be clicked on, to see which account you use to sign in, you can sign out and use a different account if it is not using the correct account right now.

If it is not even installed, please go to https://account.microsoft.com/services

Sign in to the Microsoft account

Find the option called "Install desktop versions of Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel and Powerpoint to your devices". It has a down arrow icon next to it.

Click on that. It should start downloading the installer file. Then you just need to run that installer file to install the apps.

Hi, you should see it on the Control Panel, if you have installed your Office 2024. Try this>In the Windows search box type>Word You should see the Word App>Right click on it and choose>Pin to Start or Pin to Taskbar or both. Do same for other Apps.

Turns out, it was not installed as my computer and messages from MS led me to believe.

Once installed the separate apps could be observed where you suggested.

Searching for them as one person suggested , I was able to locate them in a sub, sub, sub folder

denominated Root/Office 16??? Given that name, I would likely never would have found it, I submit.

    Thank you.
