Can I change a draft EXE/MSI Microsoft Store registration to MSIX without losing my reserved app name?

Hello,

I am developing a Windows desktop application called Speech Studio By Ann.

I registered the application in Microsoft Partner Center using the EXE/MSI submission option. The application is still in draft status, and no installation packages have been submitted.

My development process has produced an MSIX package instead.

I would like to know:

Can I change my existing draft EXE/MSI registration to the MSIX submission route?

If that is not possible, how can I preserve my reserved application name and existing Store listing work?

Is there an official process to correct this without deleting the registration or purchasing a code-signing certificate?

I also attempted to contact Partner Center Support, but Microsoft Engage Center remains stuck on its loading screen in both Chrome and Edge.

Please advise on the correct process before I make any changes to my registration.

Thank you!
