Azure Managed Grafana Memory issue in South Central US

On 10/27/2026 at approximately 12 PM (CST), one of our Azure Managed Grafana workspaces (gfn-siso-prod) hosted in the South Central US region was inaccessible. We reviewed the resource metrics and determined that the underlying VMs were using 100% of memory around the time the workspace was inaccessible. After changing the resource configuration to X2, the workspace became accessible again and memory dropped. However, it suddenly rose to a baseline memory of ~51%

The baseline memory usage even with X2 configuration seems very strange to me because of the few users we have in our workspace.

I checked another one of our workspaces in south central us (gfn-siso-dev) which currently is configured as X1. This workspace is used by our dev team to test deployment of some dashboards and does not have any active users. However, the memory usage has continued rising and just recently is reaching up to 74% of base memory usage. Unfortunately, we don't have any visibility on what back-end control plane updates could be causing these sudden increases in memory since the AzureActivity logs don't mention any events happening when the sudden rise of memory occurred.

Could we receive some assistance in figuring out why memory use is suddenly rising for our South Central US Azure Managed Grafana workspaces since this sudden rise seems to be a region-wide issue?User's image
