For a white screen when signing in to Teams on a phone, use this order:

    1. Update the Teams app to the latest version.
      • Version incompatibility can cause sign-in problems on Android.
    2. Check that the phone OS is up to date.
      • Older Android versions can cause Teams mobile sign-in issues.
    3. Clear the app cache and app data.
      • On Android: Settings > Apps > Microsoft Teams > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
      • This resets the app state, so sign-in will be required again.
    4. Uninstall and reinstall Teams.
      • This can remove corrupted local session data that blocks authentication.
    5. If the sign-in page is still blank or white on Android, update Android System WebView.
      • Microsoft sign-in pages on Android can depend on WebView.
    6. Try a different network and restart the phone.
      • Switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data, then restart and try again.
    7. If the account is a work or school account, check with the IT admin.
      • Conditional Access, MFA, or device compliance requirements can allow desktop sign-in but block mobile sign-in.

If the issue only happens on the phone and not on desktop, the most likely causes in the available guidance are outdated app/OS components or corrupted local app data.

    Hi Vladimír,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

You can try the following steps and check whether the issue is resolved:

1/ Clear the Teams cache on your phone

    For Android:

    • Open Settings on your phone.
    • Select Apps.
    • Find and select Microsoft Teams.
    • Select Storage.
    • Select Clear cache.
    • Reopen Teams and check whether the issue still occurs.

    For iOS:

    • You can try uninstalling Microsoft Teams, then reinstalling the app and checking whether the issue is resolved.

    2/ Update the operating system

Please check for and install the latest available operating system update for your phone. After that, restart your phone and try signing in to Teams again.

I hope this information is helpful.
