Bug getting Soundwave Headphones.

In Microsoft Rewards I completed every quest for the Soundwave Headphones, but as this was my first time redeeming something on MR, I missed the QR Code. When I tried to redeem it again, the quest said it was complete. I did all my quests yet could not get a reward. I request that you let me redeem the reward I rightfully deserve.

I’m sorry you completed all the required quests but were unable to finish claiming the Soundwave Headphones after missing the QR verification step.

Before submitting a support request, please check your Microsoft Rewards order history while signed in with the same Microsoft account. Does the Soundwave Headphones reward appear there as Completed, Pending, or not appear at all?

If no order is listed and the promotion page only shows the quest as complete without a Claim or Redeem option, please contact Microsoft Rewards Support. The support team can review the reward activity associated with your account, which cannot be accessed through this user-to-user forum.

When submitting the request, include screenshots of the completed quest and the page where the redemption option is missing, but please remove or cover any personal account information before sharing screenshots publicly. Thank you so much for your understanding.

I already submitted a report ticket, but the answer didn't help at all. I see nothing in my order history.

Thank you for confirming.

Please reply directly to your existing Microsoft Rewards Support ticket and ask for an account-level review. Make sure to mention that the QR step was missed, the Claim or Redeem option is no longer available, and the reward does not appear in your order history. Screenshots of the completed quest and empty order history may also help, provided that all personal information is hidden.

Problem resolved. However after redeeming the Soundwave Headphones, I received a false suspension. Great job Microsoft, great job. Can't even properly moderate accounts.

These agreements outline specific rules designed to ensure fair and legitimate participation in the program. Violations may include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining more than six (6) user accounts per household

Opening more than one (1) user account per individual

Residing outside of the regions listed in the Microsoft Rewards FAQ

Providing inaccurate account information, including your true first and last name, complete and accurate mailing address, working phone number, and email address

Using a service intended to obscure your true IP address or location

Employing bots, cheat codes, macros, or other automated methods to participate in Microsoft Rewards

If any of the above activities are detected, Microsoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts to maintain the integrity of the program.

Open the official Soundwave Headphones promotion in a web browser while signed in to the same Microsoft account, then resume the claim from its redemption dialog rather than repeating the completed quests: ^1^.

Resume the redemption

Open the promotion on a PC or mobile web browser, not inside the Bing app.
Sign in with the Microsoft account that completed the quests.
Look for the claim/redeem dialog opened by the promotion link.
If prompted to verify:
- Select Verify with the Bing app.
- Scan the displayed QR code with your mobile device.
- Enter the six-digit verification code.
- Select Verify, then return to the original browser page and finish redemption.

Microsoft documents that the QR option appears during an eligible web redemption and does not appear when redeeming from inside the Bing app.^2^

If the page only says “complete”

If the direct promotion page provides no claim button, code, or verification prompt, this has become an account-specific fulfillment issue. Microsoft Learn Q&A cannot grant or reissue the item; submit the Microsoft Rewards Support form linked from the QR-verification article.^2^

Include:

A screenshot showing every quest completed.
A screenshot of the page that no longer offers redemption.
The approximate completion date and time.
Your country or region.
A short explanation that the QR screen was closed before verification.
Whether any reward code appeared or was delivered.

Do not post your email address, verification code, or other account details publicly.

Only if the QR screen appears but fails

Try an updated browser or another device/network, clear browser cookies and cache, and temporarily disable any VPN or proxy. These are Microsoft’s documented QR-verification troubleshooting steps.^2^
