Hi,
What is the model of your router?
Does it receive an IP address when you connect the Ethernet cable to the router?
Do you have any other cables connected to the router, besides the one for your PC?
Thanks

Sign in to your router's firmware and ensure that Ethernet has been enabled. Then connect a known-good Ethernet cable from the Ethernet port on your computer to one of the 4 LAN ports on your router.

If Wi-Fi works but Ethernet does not, the missing piece is usually one of these:
netsh winsock resetnetsh int ip resetipconfig /releaseipconfig /renewipconfig /flushdnsIf the PC has no built-in Ethernet port, a USB-to-Ethernet adapter may be required.
