Windows does not have any native Bass and Treble adjusting controls because all PC's and Laptops have different sound systems, if that is available it is provided by a utility installed with the audio drivers or a sound processor the PC manufacturer may have installed.

    1

    Open the old Control Panel.

Set View to large icons in the old Control Panel.

Open the Sound Applet and check if there is a tab on the Sound utility with Bass and Treble sliders.

    2

If not, search your start menu for any sound processor like Nahimic or Realtek Audio Deck that the PC manufacturer may have installed.

    3

If the PC manufacturer did not provide a sound processor, there are some 3rd party graphics equalizer apps available to download online that may work on your PC.
