    Hi Ken,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re unable to access the files that were shared with your previous account. Please try the steps below to see if you can regain access:

    1. Access the shared files using an InPrivate/Incognito browser window
    2. Sign in using the exact account or email address that the files were originally shared with.
    3. If you no longer have access to the old account, please ask the file or site owner to:
      • Open the file or folder and select Manage access.
      • Remove the old account’s access.
      • Share the content again with your current Microsoft 365 work account using the Specific people option.

You can find more information here: Manage sharing and permissions in OneDrive and SharePoint

When you receive the new sharing invitation, please make sure you are signed in to the browser with the newly invited account. Depending on how the content is shared, you may be asked to sign in or verify your identity using a one-time passcode sent to the invited email address.

For reference: External or guest sharing in OneDrive, SharePoint, and Lists

I hope this helps you regain access to the files. If you have any questions or would like to share an update, please let me know.

    Best regards.
