Been trying to block a spam email address. Am being told to right click or go to Settings to find block but no sign of any "block" in my Outlook. Help!

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

Keep in mind that blocking a From address will not prevent you from receiving email from that address. Instead, "Blocked" means "Moved to Junk Email." There is no junk setting in new Outlook that will prevent a message from being delivered to your mailbox, only allow you to control whether it will be delivered to Inbox or Junk Email.

You can find the Blocked Sender list by choosing Settings (gear icon)>Mail (in the left-hand column)>Junk email.
