    Hi, @rajesh verma

Are you able to see your Microsoft Office under the Services & subscriptions page here: https://account.microsoft.com/services (make sure you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account you used to activate Office)?

If you can see it there, please follow these steps below.

Before installing, it’s a good idea to uninstall all existing versions of Office to avoid conflicts.

    Here’s how:

    • Open the Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
    • Look for any version of Microsoft Office or Office apps, right-click, then choose Uninstall. Please uninstall all Office apps.
    • Once that’s done, restart your computer just to be safe.

    Then, to reinstall Microsoft Office:

    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services again.
    • Sign in using the same Microsoft account linked to your license.
    • Find your Microsoft Office and click the "Install".
    • That will download the installer for the Office apps, just run it and follow the steps.

If anything’s unclear or the "Install" option still doesn’t show, feel free to let me know. I’ll be happy to walk you through it.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!

Reinstall Office by signing in with the same Microsoft account used for the Microsoft Store purchase, locating Office in your order history, and selecting Product key/Install.^1^

    Reinstall Office

    1. Open Microsoft Order history:
      https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
    2. Sign in using the Microsoft account that purchased Office.
    3. Find the Office purchase.
    4. Select Product key/Install or Install.
    5. Select Install Office, run the downloaded installer, and follow its prompts.
    6. Keep the PC powered on and connected to the internet until installation finishes.
    7. Open Start, search for Word, and launch it. Sign in with the same Microsoft account if prompted to activate Office.

If the purchase is Microsoft 365 rather than a one-time Office license, open Services & subscriptions instead:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

Find Microsoft 365 and select Install. A Microsoft 365 digital purchase generally does not require a product key; the entitlement is associated with the purchasing account.^1^

If Office is available in Microsoft Store Library

This route specifically applies to certain Office 2021 products that were activated without a product key or Microsoft account:

    1. Select Start → Microsoft Store.
    2. Sign in with the purchasing account.
    3. Select Library → Apps or All.
    4. Under Sort and filter, turn off Show installed products only. Skip this if using All.
    5. Find Office and select the cloud/download button.
    6. Complete the installation prompts.^2^

If the purchase is not shown

    • Try any other Microsoft account that may have been used when Office was purchased.
    • Search the purchasing account’s email for the Microsoft Store order confirmation and select Install Office from that message.
    • Check the desktop for a ReadMe file created during the Windows reset. Some recovery processes place device-specific Office reinstall instructions there.^3^
    • If the order appears but has no install option, select the product name and check whether its product page now shows Install.^1^
    • If neither the order history nor Store Library shows Office, use Contact Microsoft Support from the purchase-history support page. Keep the purchase confirmation or order number available; do not post it publicly.
