    Hi!

In the new Outlook for Windows, the blocked senders list is located under File > Settings > Mail > Junk email.

If you have more than one account in Outlook, you need to switch between them to view the blocked senders for each one.

NOTE: The new Outlook does not support sender blocking for third-party accounts, such as Gmail, Yahoo, iCloud, etc. In such cases, you need to check directly with the provider.

In new Outlook for Windows, blocked senders are listed here:

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Go to Mail > Junk email.
    4. Check the Blocked senders or Blocked senders and domains list.

From there, addresses or domains can also be removed to unblock them.

If the account is a third-party account such as Gmail, Yahoo, or iCloud, new Outlook for Windows does not support blocking senders for those accounts. Blocking must be managed with that email provider instead.
