I understand that you want to replace the credit card used for the monthly €4.48 charge, but you cannot find the related subscription or invoices.

Here what you can try. Please sign in to:

Make sure you try every Microsoft account you may have used. When you locate the subscription, select Manage > Change how you pay, and add the new credit card. Previous purchases and available invoices can also be checked here:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you still cannot locate the charge, it may be connected to another Microsoft account or billed through a third-party provider. Because this is a public user-to-user forum, we cannot access billing records or tell you which account is associated with the payment.

1. Open the link - Contact - Microsoft Support
2. Type "Microsoft 365" in the box under "We're here to help," click "Get help," and then click "Contact support" below.
3. In this step, you'll need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
4. Under Products and services, select "Microsoft 365 and Office," select "Manage my Subscription" as the category, and click to confirm.
5. You can select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" to open the chat window.
