New tenant not visable in Entra

I went to Entra to create a new tenant. I input the information requested and submitted it. It said it was working on it, and that it would take up to 10 minutes to complete. It's been over 4 hours, but I still don't see the tenant there. When I try to create it again, it now says the domain name has already been taken. So, it seems like it is created in whole or part, yet I still can't see it. I have Global Admin privs.
Ideas?
