Renewed subscription but MS office not working. It says unlicensed product. Is there an office in Sydney that I can go to for support or do you have a phone number to call for support.

    Hello

    You didn't indicate what system you are using it on. Is it Windows 11, or macOS?

    If it is Win11, in the apps, like Word, or Excel, go to Files > Accounts, and click on Update license. Log in if prompted.. See if that helps.

    If it is macOS, it can be a bit different. What's your macOS version?
