I HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED OFFICE 2024, DOESN'T WORK. NEED TO UNINSTALL OFFICE 2016. NEED HELP THROUGH THAT PROCESS.

    Hello Lynne Ruth

    I can see that you wish to uninstall Office 2016

    Here is how to do it:

    1. Refer to this link to start the uninstall troubleshooter: Uninstall
    2. Click Open if you get a pop-up window indicating This site is trying to open Get Help.
    3. Follow the prompts on the remaining screens and when prompted, restart your computer.
