Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
Thank you for the detailed information and screenshot.
Based on the screenshot, Clipboard history is still opening and creating entries, but the image previews are not displaying correctly. Please try the following steps:
1. Test with a small screenshot
Press Windows + Shift + S, capture a small rectangular area, and then press Windows + V to check whether the screenshot appears in Clipboard history.
Windows Clipboard history supports Text, HTML, and Bitmap formats, with a maximum size of 4 MB per item. If a smaller screenshot displays correctly, the issue may be related to the size or format of the copied image.
2. Clear the Clipboard history
Go to: Settings > System > Clipboard > Clear clipboard data > Clear
You can also press Windows + V and select Clear all.
After clearing the history, take a new screenshot using Windows + Shift + S, then open Windows + V again and check whether the image preview appears.
3. Reset Clipboard history
Go to Settings > System > Clipboard and turn Clipboard history off.
Restart the computer, turn Clipboard history back on, and then test again with a newly captured screenshot.
4. Test with another Windows user profile
Since other users in your organization are not experiencing the same issue, if possible, test Clipboard history using another Windows user account on the affected computer.
This can help determine whether the behavior is associated with the current Windows user profile or affects the device more generally.
5. Check Windows Update
Since the issue started only a few weeks ago, I also recommend checking Settings > Windows Update for any available updates. Install the available updates, restart the computer, and test Clipboard history again.
If text continues to appear normally but multiple small screenshots still show only ... after clearing and resetting Clipboard history, you can also consider reporting the behavior through Feedback Hub (Win + F), if Feedback Hub is available on your managed device.
