Scheduling and managing events using Outlook.com calendar
Welcome Kiran Teja Venna,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
If you are using a personal Outlook.com account, there is no full user-facing activity log that shows every action performed on a specific day (such as October 1). However, you may still be able to locate the meeting cancellation message if it was sent and retained in your mailbox.
Could you please confirm:
- Was this meeting created in Outlook.com (personal Microsoft account) or a work/school Microsoft 365 account?
- Are you using Outlook on the web (outlook.live.com) or another Outlook app?
- Do you remember whether attendees received the cancellation notice?
In the meantime, please try these quick checks:
- Open Outlook on the web and search using keywords from the meeting subject.
- Check both the Sent Items and Deleted Items folders.
- Use the search filter and set the date range to October 1, 2026.
- If you do not find it in Deleted Items, check“Recover items deleted from this folder” to see whether the message can be restored. Microsoft provides guidance here: Recover and restore deleted items in Outlook.
Looking forward to your update.
