Hi @Secretary Geelong Bonsai Secretary ,

Could you share the exact error message or delivery failure notice, hiding any email addresses? Also, are you using classic Outlook, new Outlook, or Outlook in a browser, and is this a personal Outlook.com account or a work/school account?

A list of approximately 100 addresses does not, by itself, establish that you have exceeded a sending limit. Outlook.com has both per-message and daily recipient limits, and the applicable allowance can vary by account.

First, try sending a short message without attachments to one known recipient. If that works, test a few members of the list by entering their addresses manually in Bcc. This helps distinguish a general sending problem from an issue involving the saved list or particular recipients. Avoid repeatedly resending the full message until we know whether it was rejected entirely or delivered to some members

Let me know how it goes

    Elvis
