- Make sure your laptop has the latest BIOS and firmware updates from HP. You can check for updates on the HP Support Assistant app or on the HP website.
- Make sure your laptop has enough free disk space to download and install Windows 11. You need at least 64 GB of free space.
- Make sure your laptop is connected to a stable internet connection and a power source during the upgrade process.
- Try running the Windows 11 Installation Assistant again and see if it works.
