A web-based tool in Microsoft 365 that enables users to quickly create surveys, quizzes, polls, and feedback forms.
All five services still exist, but some are separate web or Windows apps rather than installed Microsoft 365 desktop applications, and their benefits and visibility depend on whether you use a personal, work, or school account.
Open each service directly
Sign in with the same account previously used for that service:
- Microsoft Forms: https://forms.office.com/
Forms is available to users with a personal Microsoft account and to eligible business and education customers.^1^ - Microsoft Designer: https://designer.microsoft.com/
Designer is available for personal use with a Microsoft account. Some features or higher usage levels can require a subscription.^2^ - Microsoft Clipchamp:
- Personal account: https://app.clipchamp.com
- Work or school account: https://m365.cloud.microsoft/launch/clipchamp in Edge or Chrome.
- Microsoft Teams:
- Personal account: https://teams.live.com/gather
- Work or school account: https://teams.microsoft.com
- Microsoft To Do: https://todo.microsoft.com/
To Do is free with a personal Microsoft account and is available to Microsoft 365 Personal and Family customers. Work or school availability depends on the assigned license and Exchange Online access.^6^
The Microsoft 365 interface is being redesigned around the Copilot app, and its navigation can differ while changes roll out. Consequently, an app disappearing from the launcher does not by itself mean that the service was discontinued. The direct links above avoid dependence on the current launcher layout.
Check the account and subscription
- Open https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and sign in.
- Confirm that the expected Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription appears.
- At each service, check the profile icon and verify that it shows the account previously used there. Personal and work/school accounts can contain separate projects, forms, tasks, and other data.
- If the subscription is under another Microsoft account, sign out and use that account instead.
If this is a work or school account
If Forms, Clipchamp, Teams, or To Do remains unavailable after using the correct work or school link, contact the organization’s Microsoft 365 administrator. Ask them to check:
- whether the relevant license is assigned;
- whether the service has been enabled for the account;
- for To Do, whether the account has an Exchange Online mailbox;
- for Clipchamp, whether the organization’s license includes Clipchamp and its service is enabled.^4^^7^
If by “Design” you mean PowerPoint Designer/Design Suggestions, that is a PowerPoint feature rather than the separate Microsoft Designer app. On desktop PowerPoint it requires Microsoft 365, connected experiences must be enabled under File → Account → Account Privacy → Manage Settings, and an organization can disable it.^8^
