Artifact Signing identity validation (Public Trust, Germany) In Progress for 8 business days after document was accepted

Our Artifact Signing identity validation (Public Trust, sole proprietor in Germany) has been "In Progress" since October 27, 2026. The validation asked for an additional document ("Action required"). On October 27 we uploaded the requested government-issued business registration. The portal shows the document with a green check mark, and the status changed back to "In Progress". Since then, 8 business days have passed with no further email and no new "Action required". The documented processing time is 1 to 7 business days. We have not created a second validation request, as advised in the FAQ. Could someone from the Artifact Signing team please check the request? I can share the Identity Validation ID and the account name by private message.

Thanks. I checked the identity validation detail page in the Azure portal today (November 6). There is no "Complete your email verification" item and no other pending action. The only entry is the uploaded business registration document with a green check mark, and the status is still "In Progress".

Could a moderator please escalate this to the Artifact Signing validation team? I can provide the Identity Validation ID and the account name by private message.
