Hello I am having a problem about Microsoft rewards bing with redeem about my gift card apparently this is what came although I only have one account so I am requesting if you can investigate my account and see what's wrong with it I tried almost anything yet It didn't fix I've never encountered this before so I will look forward towards your answers

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. The message is asking you to switch accounts and rescan the QR code, even though you only use one Microsoft account. This may mean the account session in the Bing app does not match the session on the Microsoft Rewards redemption page.

Please check that the email address shown in the Bing app is exactly the same as the one signed in on the Rewards page. If it matches, generate a new verification code and try again before the code expires. You can also clear the browser’s cache and cookies and temporarily turn off any VPN or proxy.

If the issue continues, please contact Microsoft Rewards Support so the Rewards team can review the account and redemption issue securely. When submitting the request, include the screenshots but keep the verification code and full email address hidden.
