Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I purchased a Microsoft 365 Business subscription directly from Microsoft and manage my organization's account.

I am unable to sign in because Microsoft Authenticator is not working, and no alternative verification method is available.

So wherever I wish to log in (e.g., to a new browser, it asks for Verification Code from Authenticator - so I try logging into this app and the Authenticator app itself asks for another V. code.)

My buisness account is ---> (VM Removed PII).onmicrosoft.com <---

I have tried contacting Microsoft Support by phone multiple times, but I cannot reach a human representative and AI chat bot just send links - not helping at all.

Could a Microsoft staff moderator please help me open a support case with the Data Protection / Tenant Recovery team?

Hello,

The AI-generated answer has not resolved my issue.

I have already tried Microsoft phone support, live chat, and the available self-service options. None of them allows me to reach a human support representative.

I am unable to access my Microsoft 365 admin center because of an Authenticator MFA loop. I need actual account recovery assistance, not another automated response.

Could a Microsoft staff moderator please review this thread and help initiate a Data Protection / Tenant Recovery support case?

I am willing to provide proof of ownership through a private, secure channel.

Yes I have. The problem is that to reach out admin center it requires me LOG In - and logging in is the problem here.

First of all, I would like to clarify one point: as a forum moderator, I do not have the authority or the tools to assist you in resolving issues related to your tenant, account details, billing information, or authentication settings on your behalf.

Furthermore, current forum moderators do not have the authority to create tickets on your behalf. Tickets can only be created via calling or the Admin Center portal.

Based on your description, you are unable to sign in to your account because Microsoft Authenticator is not functioning.

First, could you please inform me if there are any other users with administrative privileges?

You can ask other administrators to follow the steps in this guide to revoke existing MFA sessions and require a new registration: Manage user authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multi-factor authentication. Usually, this process only takes a few minutes.

The next time you sign in, you'll be prompted to set up Microsoft Authenticator again from scratch.
