problem in sign in Adobe as Researcher
Dear Microsoft Ignite Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am a PhD researcher in Interior Architecture, currently seeking access to Adobe services to support my academic research and related design work.
However, when attempting to sign in and access Adobe services through my Microsoft account, I encounter the following error message:
"Adobe Identity Management (OIDC) needs permission to access resources in your organisation that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it."
It appears that the Adobe Identity Management (OIDC) application requires administrator consent through Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), and I am unable to proceed because I do not have the necessary administrative privileges.
I would therefore like to request your assistance with the following:
Could Microsoft Ignite or its associated support team help facilitate the required administrator consent for the Adobe Identity Management (OIDC) application?
Is there a way to grant or authorize the necessary permissions through Microsoft Entra ID or Azure so that I can successfully authenticate and access Adobe services?
If this requires action from an organizational administrator, could you please direct me to the appropriate team or provide guidance on the procedure for submitting this request?
I am hoping to resolve this issue so that I can use the available academic and research resources without further authentication restrictions.
I would be grateful for your guidance and support.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Kind regards,
Noha Kamel
