    Have you tried using a different web browser or device to submit the Microsoft Rewards support form?

    If the form is still grayed out, open an InPrivate window in Microsoft Edge.

    Sign in with a different Microsoft account, then submit the support form on behalf of the suspended account.

    • To sign in with another Microsoft account, click the profile picture in the top-right corner of the page.
    • In the “Email address associated with your Microsoft account” field, enter the email address of the suspended account.
    • Then submit the form.
