Hi @Martyn Fawcett , this one is not a password problem. That error basically means Teams has been turned off for your account by your organization, so sign-in just stops there.

You cannot fix this on your own, your IT admin has to turn it back on. Ask them to check Microsoft Teams in Entra ID under Enterprise Applications, and make sure "Enabled for users to sign in?" is set to Yes. They should also check that your license actually includes Teams and that Teams is turned on for you in the admin center.

You can try one thing yourself first, sign in on teams.microsoft.com in your browser and clear the Teams cache once and try again. But if you still get the same error, then it is the admin side.

Are you signing in with your work email or a personal email? And are other people in your company getting the same error too? That will make it clear if it is just your account or the whole org.
