Your SC-500 booking should appear under Microsoft Learn profile → Certifications → Upcoming exam appointments.

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same Microsoft account used when registering.
    2. Select your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
    3. Select Profile.
    4. Open Certifications.
    5. Look under Upcoming exam appointments. From there, you can view, reschedule, cancel, or launch an online exam. ^1^

SC-500 is the valid exam code for Implementing End-to-End Security Controls for Cloud and AI Workloads. ^2^

    If the appointment is missing

    • Sign out and try any other personal, work, or school Microsoft account that might have been used during registration. Multiple Learn profiles are a common reason an expected exam is not displayed. ^3^
    • If the correct profile still does not show the booking, check the registration confirmation email to identify the exam delivery provider.
    • For an appointment or scheduling problem, contact that provider directly—normally Pearson VUE for SC-500. Microsoft’s support page lists Pearson VUE as the contact for exam appointment and scheduling issues. ^4^
    • If you cannot access your Learn profile, try an InPrivate or Incognito browser. If access still fails, submit a Microsoft Credentials Support request. ^1^

Do not post your booking number, email address, or other personal information in this public forum.
