Artifact Signing identity validation blocked by "You need permission" (wrong tenant) – paying customer, please fix urgently
Hello Microsoft team,
We are Leviosa AI Corp. (Korea, D-U-N-S 696589041). We have already subscribed to Artifact Signing Basic ($9.99/month, account "leviosaaisigning", Korea Central, subscription f540fa00-bc4e-43e9-af1f-f8093c795aee) and are paying for it, but we still cannot use it because our organization identity validation is stuck.
- Identity validation ID: 5b107bcc-0b63-4a77-b768-76af59b07176 (status: Action Required)
- Previous request d1c4908b-d880-45f3-9631-6375d6b0a100 failed because the email verification link never arrived.
When we open "Complete identity validation" from the portal or from your email, credentials.microsoft.com/verify/noPermission says we are signed in on the Entra tenant "Microsoft Accounts", not on our directory (leviosaai2025leviosaai.onmicrosoft.com) that owns the subscription and the signing account. The sign-in email is exactly the primary email on the request. The "Contact us to request access" button does nothing.
This looks like the same tenant-binding issue reported in Q&A 6029233, which your team fixed in October. Our Windows customers are being blocked from installing our app right now because we cannot sign it, and we have been paying for a service we cannot use. Please rebind this validation to our correct tenant, or tell us exactly what we need to do. We would really appreciate a fast resolution.
Thank you,
Hadam Joo, COO, Leviosa AI Corp.
