    Hi MARIO ALZAMORA,

Audio delay with Bluetooth headphones can be caused by the Bluetooth connection, drivers, or the specific app being used.

    Please try these steps:

    • Restart both the PC and the JBL headphones.
    • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices, remove the JBL TUNE520BT, and then pair it again.
    • Install any available Windows updates and update the Bluetooth and audio drivers through Device Manager or your PC manufacturer’s website.
    • Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter in the Get Help app.

You can also follow Microsoft’s official guide here: Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows

Does the delay occur in every app or only in a particular app, such as a browser, media player, or game? Also, does the same issue occur when the headphones are connected to another device? While my initial response may not fully resolve the issue, I truly appreciate your cooperation as we work together toward identifying the most effective solution. Thank you so much for your understanding.
