Open Get Help in Windows 11 and select Contact Support to request either a live-agent chat or a telephone callback.
Contact a human from Windows 11
- Open Start, type Get Help, and open the app.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account if prompted.
- Briefly enter your problem and submit it.
- When the suggested articles appear, select Contact Support.
- Choose Windows, select the category that best matches the problem, and select Confirm.
- Choose one of the human-support options:
- Chat with a support agent in your web browser
- Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you
- Confirm your contact details. For callbacks, keep the displayed support request number.
These are Microsoft’s documented agent-contact options in Get Help.^1^
If the app keeps returning automated answers
Go to the official Microsoft customer-support page, select the Personal account tab, and use the Get help option under Microsoft technical support. Enter a short description such as Contact Support or Live Chat, then proceed to the contact options offered.^2^
The available choices depend on the product, issue, subscription, region, and operating hours. Consequently, chat or callback might not appear at all times.^1^ If neither appears, try again during normal business hours.
For account-security problems, be aware that support representatives cannot access or change account details or send password-reset links.^2^
