    Hello, Benjamin Dreewes

    Launch the GetHelp app:

    GetHelp

In the search bar, type (without quotes) "agent support" and press Enter. Ignore the search results, and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. On the next page, select "Windows" and "Technical Support" from the drop-down lists, and then click on "Confirm". Next, select the chat "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" and on the next page enter your email address and click on "Confirm". A chat window opens in a new browser tab. Wait for the operator to respond.

Open Get Help in Windows 11 and select Contact Support to request either a live-agent chat or a telephone callback.

Contact a human from Windows 11

    1. Open Start, type Get Help, and open the app.
    2. Sign in with your Microsoft account if prompted.
    3. Briefly enter your problem and submit it.
    4. When the suggested articles appear, select Contact Support.
    5. Choose Windows, select the category that best matches the problem, and select Confirm.
    6. Choose one of the human-support options:
      • Chat with a support agent in your web browser
      • Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you
    7. Confirm your contact details. For callbacks, keep the displayed support request number.

These are Microsoft’s documented agent-contact options in Get Help.^1^

If the app keeps returning automated answers

Go to the official Microsoft customer-support page, select the Personal account tab, and use the Get help option under Microsoft technical support. Enter a short description such as Contact Support or Live Chat, then proceed to the contact options offered.^2^

The available choices depend on the product, issue, subscription, region, and operating hours. Consequently, chat or callback might not appear at all times.^1^ If neither appears, try again during normal business hours.

For account-security problems, be aware that support representatives cannot access or change account details or send password-reset links.^2^
