Why the hell am I being flagged for AI and why cant I get into my stuff?

I have waited about ten minutes to get into my documents. I have signed in and out multiple times. I do not understand why I have to wait to get into my things.

    -Do you receive any error message while waiting, or does the application eventually load after several minutes?
